DMCA Copyright Policy

Renã© Angã©Lil is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners and their authorized agents to notify Renã© Angã©Lil of alleged copyright infringement, as well as procedures for users to respond to such notifications.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Renã© Angã©Lil platform, please notify us by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement with Renã© Angã©Lil, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Renã© Angã©Lil platform, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs or links).
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Renã© Angã©Lil platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notification. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content.

To file a Counter-Notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Ren��© Angã©Lil may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
